​Consultation Session

£80

The  initial  50-minute consultation session is designed to assess whether we will be a good match. It will provide you an opportunity to ask me questions and we can start talking about and clarifying the issues you are dealing with and your hopes/goals/expectations for psychotherapy.

​It will include an assessment which includes understanding your current life and history.  I will also discuss my approach and style of working and address the practicalities of working together such as payment, scheduling of sessions including my policy on missed sessions, holidays and cancellation.

Unit 1, Plantain Place, is a private ground-floor clinic nestled in a quiet courtyard near Borough Market and London Bridge station. In the intimacy of this setting, my consulting room offers a calm and welcoming space for therapeutic work.
In-person sessions every Tuesday, with appointments available throughout the day  (9.30-5.30pm) at my consulting room in London Bridge, SE1, just minutes from London Bridge and Borough tube stations.
